Welcome! This website is dedicated to the big guy himself, a Giant Schnauzer with a personality as large as his impressive stature. Before October 10, 2024, our lives were pretty normal. We had our routines, our habits, and a suspiciously empty spot on the couch. Then came Louis.

From the moment he arrived, it was clear he wasn't just any dog—he was the best in breed, our forever champ. If you've never met a Giant Schnauzer, you're in for a treat. They are an incredibly intelligent breed that's shockingly easy to train. They also love to cuddle, are wonderful with kids, and have a playful, friendly energy that makes them a joy to be around. (Just ask the hundreds of people who've stopped us in South Florida, where this magnificent breed is about as common as a snowstorm.) Louis, of course, embodies all these traits and more. He even has a gourmet palate, preferring a home-cooked diet of chicken, beef, veggies, and purple rice over anything from a bag.

Since he first joined our family on October 10, 2024, Louis has been living his best life, exploring everything South Florida has to offer. He's our constant companion, whether we're at the beach, on a hike, or just running errands. This website is our way of sharing our journey with him—the funny moments, the milestones, and the undeniable fact that a Giant Schnauzer recently won the Westminster Kennel Club Best in Breed. We always knew he was a winner, and now the world knows what we've known all along!
